Do you feel lonely or isolated? Do you often feel\nlow, depressed or anti-social? Remind yourself that you are not alone as many others are in the same situation as you and feel exactly the same way you do. Try to connect  with people who are in the same boat as you. Social drinking is fine but be mindful of getting into the habit of \u2018binge drinking\u2019 or taking any illegal substances.
