The objective is that after taking workshops, clients can have a comprehensive understanding of obesity and its related mental health issues, and thus learn to develop a positive mindset and a healthy lifestyle to proactively fight against obesity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">We are running two hours of workshops around Sydney, where our practitioners from various fields like Psychology, Nutrition, Naturopathy, and Life Coaching will provide free health workshops.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Our target participants will be those from child care centres, after school care programs at primary schools, churches, mothers\u2019 groups and community centres in the suburbs of Western Sydney as well as Metropolitan Sydney.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Donations are greatly appreciated as they allow us to keep doing what we
