We focus on identifying and treating mental and physical health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, overweight and obesity issues, particularly where causes are related to unhealthy dietary and lifestyle choices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong style=\"font-size: 17px;\">We work in conjunction with psychological and holistic practitioners, as well as fitness instructors, to support treatment of individuals.&nbsp;<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 17px;\">We aim to provide services that complement traditional regimes and change mindsets towards eating and life in
